Dr Wadie Michael
OWNER AND PRINCIPAL GP

Dr Michael completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 1986 in Tant University, Egypt. He has a postgraduate Diploma in paediatrics in 1995 from Ain Shams University, Cairo. Dr Michael migrated to Australia in 2003 and he worked in different hospitals before he decided to work in general practice in which he practised in rural Australia between 2008 and 2013. Dr Michael has attained specialist status becoming a fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2009 and he has been the principal doctor at the Good Samaritan Medical Centre since 2013.
Dr Michael has extensive experience in general practice and he has attended numerous courses and workshops. Dr Michael is especially interested in minor surgical procedures as well as cosmetic procedures including injectables and fillers. He also treats injured workers under work cover and he assesses workers for pre-employment as required by companies.
Dr Michael is fluent in English and Arabic. Outside his work commitments, he enjoys family time with his wife and two daughters, soccer and fishing.
Dr Khalil completed his medical degree (Doctorate in Medicine M.D.) in 1998 from Aleppo University, Syria one of the oldest and most prestigious medical schools in the Middle East. He had post graduate training in anaesthetics, pharmacology, and general surgery before moving to Australia in 2003.
He has worked in various hospitals in NSW between 2005 to 2012 as a surgical and neurosurgical registrar and has accumulated extensive experience in emergency medicine and critical care.
He made the decision to pursue a career in general practice in 2012 and since then he has attained specialist status following becoming a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr. Khalil has extensive experience and has attended numerous courses in diagnosis and management of skin cancers and skin surgery as well as general dermatology, he also holds a professional certificate in aesthetic medicine including injectables, fillers and other skin treatment. He is an accredited antenatal shared care provider, accredited inserter of IUDs and Implanon, holds a Diploma of Children’s Health from Westmead Hospital/ Sydney University and holds the FPAA national reproductive, sexual health and family planning certificate.
Dr. Khalil is also an accredited provider of mental health assessment and treatment in general practice.
In his practice Dr. Khalil holds himself to the highest possible standards of medical care and health service in line with the latest national and international published guidelines, he practices within the guidelines and restrictions from the Department of Health and the scope of the Medical Benefits Scheme (Medicare).
Dr. Khalil is fluent in English and Arabic (with its various dialects including Egyptian, Gulf, Iraqi and Lebanese), able to communicate in basic everyday French and to a lesser degree in German. Outside his work commitments he enjoys his quiet family life and his three boys and he is passionate about football (soccer). He is a keen reader and enjoys fictional novels, mainly the sci-fi genre and listening to classical music.

Dr Tadros has been practising as a general practitioner for over 9 years. She brings to the practice a wealth of local and international knowledge to her patients. Prior to moving to Australia in 2016, she spent 5 years practising as a general practitioner in rural and metro regions of Egypt, treating a variety of infectious and non-infectious diseases, chronic heart disorders, respiratory conditions and cancer. She joined our practice in 2020 and was a natural fit to the team at The Good Samaritan Medical Centre. Dr Tadros is fluent in both English and Arabic.

Monica Fahim
SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

As a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist, Monica is committed to improving patient well-being through personalized care and evidence-based treatments. Monica completed a Bachelor of Health Science/ Master of Physiotherapy from Western Sydney University in 2017.
Monica has gained extensive experience by working in the private sector and hospital settings. She is highly experienced in assessment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and specializes in treating a diverse range of clients, including NDIS participants, WorkCover and private patients, as well as EPC/Medicare referrals.
Monica has a special interest in Paediatric Physiotherapy, and has completed Level 1 Paediatric Physiotherapy training to further enhance my skills in this area. My goal is to help children and families achieve their full potential through targeted interventions that improve strength, movement, and overall function. She has experience in treating many paediatric conditions from developmental delay in the newborn through to gross motor development in toddlers as well as working with children with disabilities and their families.

Claire graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney. She has worked overseas as a rehabilitation doctor and an acupuncturist the year prior. She gained extensive experience in the field of orthopaedics, neurological, cardio-respiratory, gynaecology and obstetrics. Claire has been working in medical centres, public and private hospitals and rehabilitation organizations.
Clinically, she is passionate in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, in particular neck and back pain, pre/post operation rehabilitation, TMJ (jaw) dysfunction, spinal health and sports injuries.
She also has a special interest in Women’s Health, using her advanced knowledge and skills to help women through pregnancy aches and pains and post-natal recovery. Through her expertise in manual therapy, dry needling and exercise prescription, you can expect effective pain relief and achieve your goals for recovery Easily.

As a dedicated Speech Pathologist, Mariam is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages to communicate effectively. Communication is a fundamental right and an essential need for all, and Mariam always strives to ensure that every patient I work with feels heard, understood, and supported.
Mariam has a particular interest in Paediatrics, working closely with families to support the growth and development of their children. It is incredibly rewarding to witness the progress and milestones of young ones as they gain confidence and independence in their communication skills.
Mariam is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure that patients receive the most up-to-date and effective interventions tailored to their individual needs. Whether working with children, adults, or individuals with complex needs, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care that promotes meaningful communication in all aspects of life.

Laura is a passionate occupational therapist who graduated from Western Sydney University in 2020. She is highly interested in continued professional development and has participated in various additional courses related to postural care, neuro-based upper limb retraining, and assistive technology implementation.
Laura has gained clinical experience in private practice settings, working primarily with adult NDIS and aged care participants within their homes, in clinics, in SIL/SDAs, and in residential aged care environments.
Striving towards positive participant outcomes is a high priority for Laura. She has particular expertise in functional assessments (including SIL/SDA assessments), complex and basic assistive technology assessments, neuro-based upper limb retraining, and capacity-building therapies for individuals with intellectual disabilities or who experience mental health challenges.

Marian is an experienced Mental Health Social Worker and Counsellor with over 40 years of dedicated practice in the field. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of organisations, with a significant portion of their time spent at Relationships Australia, where they provided support in multiple offices. In this capacity, Marian worked with individuals, couples, and families facing relationship challenges, helping clients navigate complex emotional terrain and facilitating growth and understanding within their relationships.
Outside of work, Marian enjoys spending time with close family and friends, maintaining meaningful connections that enrich both their personal and professional life.
Reva has completed a Bachelor of Nursing from Western Sydney University in 2018 and has been practising as a registered Nurse at the Good Samaritan Medical Centre ever since.
Reva has a caring and friendly approach with patients and enjoys the continuity of care offered at the Good Samaritan Medical Centre. She has developed her nursing skills across a variety of different areas such as triage, wound management, care plan, health assessment, pre-employment, ECGs, spirometry and hearing tests. Reva has shown great ability and experience in childhood immunisations and other injections.
Outside of work, Reva enjoys cooking new recipes, exercising and travelling.

As a recent graduate from Western Sydney University’s Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine program, Jessica is dedicated to providing exceptional foot and ankle care to her patients. She believes in taking a patient-centred approach to care, and building strong relationships with her patients based on trust and open communication. She understands that each patient is unique, and is committed to tailoring treatment plans to meet their individual needs and goals.
Above all, she is committed to helping her patients stay active, mobile, and pain-free. She believes that good foot and ankle health is essential to overall well-being, and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and quality of life.

Shweta brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of physiotherapy. She earned a Bachelor’s degree overseas in Physiotherapy and undertook the rigorous licensing process in Australia to obtain her physiotherapy registration. Committed to expanding her knowledge, she pursued a Master’s degree in Public Health, broadening her scope and understanding of healthcare practices.
With a diverse range of skills, Shweta offers comprehensive physiotherapy services to help individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve optimal physical well-being. Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, pain management, and post-operative care. Shweta employs evidence-based techniques and personalised treatment plans to address each patient’s unique needs, ensuring the highest quality of care and positive outcomes.
Passionate about her profession, Shweta constantly stays up to date with the latest advancements and research in the physiotherapy field. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development, attending workshops and conferences to enhance her skills and provide cutting-edge treatment modalities to her patients.
In addition to her extensive qualifications, Shweta completed the COMT (Combined Orthopaedic Manual Therapy) course, further augmenting her expertise in orthopaedic manual therapy. This specialised training allows her to employ advanced techniques in hands-on treatments, providing targeted relief and improved functionality for her patients.
Beyond her work, Shweta nurtures a variety of hobbies and interests. She finds solace in outdoor activities such as hiking and exploring, which help her maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Magy has been the practice manager of The Good Samaritan Medical Centre since 2014. During this period, the practice has experienced tremendous growth and achievements.
Magy ensures the practice is always adhering to the NSW department of health guidelines. She has introduced new innovations and systems in practice to not only achieve AGPAL certified accreditation, yet with a 3-time award of excellence.
Outside of work, you’ll find Magy travelling, spending time with family and attending church services.

Mariam joined the Good Samaritan Medical Centre in 2022 and has since learnt a plethora of skills to assist our doctors, allied health practitioners and our patients in a variety of different administrative tasks.
Mariam is currently studying speech pathology whilst out of office which enhanced her ability to make strong connections with our patients by building a safe environment filled with trust, open communication and respect.
Outside of work and her studies, she enjoys quality time with her friends, drawing, spending time outdoors and reading a book on a rainy day.
Crisanti graduated from a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and she’s our newest addition to The Good Samaritan Medical Centre family as a medical receptionist.
Outside of work, she is part of the Somascan Community and can be found volunteering in the MooreWorthy community, of St Joseph’s Parish Moorebank and St Christopher’s Parish Holsworthy. She is a Youth Leader and Catechist, with one goal to share faith and understanding about God’s Love to the youth of today.
